I am so grateful this has happened now, instead of later.
We could have infiltrating Muslims in the front lines, ready to betray us. No we are on high alert to this.
As it is now, except for the injuries and the blow to morale, this could be a HUGE wake up call that it may not be possible to be a Muslim and serve in the U.S. military.

Don't blame it all on prison Linda....granted it's fertile ground but that's only the tip of the iceberg.

I don't believe the Founders of our country could have imagined Islam on our shores much less Muslim terrorism against our nation. Those who embrace Wahabbi terrorism are enemy combatants as far as I am concerned. The Shia, Sufi, and Ismaeli may be another issue. But Louis Farrakhan's group as well as every Wahabi Muslim in this country should be thrown out of the nation.

It is getting harder and harder to not have some sort of negative view of Islam. But there is no way you can paint with that broad of a brush.
You are listening to too much Bullshit!

So you are ready to throw out our constitution with the bill of rights, eh?as we have seen with the second amendment, the bill of rights can be "interpreted." so we might assume, unless we are as simpleminded as you are or are pretending to be, that freedom of religion would stop somewhere short of, say, human sacrifice.
a religion that seeks to overthrow the tenets of our constitution, as islam clearly does, would not enjoy unlimited protection and, if its preachings required such a belief, any protection at all.

Has ABC called him Muslim?

I don't think we can assume the two events (the grenade attack and the missile attack) are unconnected. The grenade attack might have been part of a wider plan.

The 'as many as nine' Wahabist Army Chaplains should be relieved of duty at the earliest possible moment.

Thanks Peach! I'm doing better, I rode my 4wheeler today with lots of likeminded americans. Twas great to "get outside" and enjoy a nice day with nice people who have the knowledge to distinguish the difference between what's important and what isn't.

Fragging was generally a means of changing commanding officers by soldiers expressing their dissatisfaction with leadership. It didn't involve collaboration with the enemy, or enemy participation. This sounds more like an enemy attack than an expression of low morale. Apparently, one of the enemy might have been an American soldier. If I recall, I think that most Fraggings involved non-fatal injuries. But you're right, they were designed to remove an undesirable officer.

The report I heard on CBS said they found this idiot hiding in a fox hole. He was wounded appearently because he didn't get outta the way of the shrapnel in time. At one point he was spead eagle on the ground and was asked if he was hurt when the grenades went off. He said "yes". Then he was asked if he threw the grenades. He said "yes".

First of all, we need to wait and find out for sure what happened and who did it; but,
assuming that it was a Muslim, I am not surprised. Islam is more of a political doctrine about submission and conquest than it is a religion. It is not a doctrine of peace.
I guess when they get too close to Babylon, they start getting ancy.........

I think it important to interrogate first. That would be my only disclaimer.

If they ever do, they'll be the LAST ones to do so, and it will be done grudgingly.

Political correctness is going to kill this country.
It is utter foolishness to put American Muslims into sensitive positions in our security establishment.
Do we have Muslims guarding President Bush in the secret service.
