I was of course sad about the marines KIA and the brits as well of course. But the Army soldiers KIA just plain pisses me off. It says here they were recon soldiers. Those are some ballsy guys...God Bless them and their families, and God Bless the ass whooping Tommy releases with the next round of S&A

B-52's flew out of Britain(on TV) about 7 hours ago. Could be repositioning to Diego Garcia, or cound be about in position now...

I think if such wording could be used each day until the end of the constant TV broadcasting this will make it easier for the other freepers to follow the threads.

Turkey is moving a few in, moving a few out. Ostensibly maintaining border integrity. Franks said matters were being handled with a combination of diplomatic and other means -- didn't seem concerned. I think the media is trying to drum up an issue to divert attention from other facts.

Sounds familiar. That was Rita Cosby, and right after her report, Fox had that we visited a suspected WMD site with no word on whether they found any WMDs.

Turks removed their troops when the German advised them that they might pull their AWACS form Turkey because of their incursion into Irac.....the bet is the US called the Germans and told them to explain the facts of live to the Truks

"These are the same insecure people with tiny pee pees who always went running to the teacher "to tell" whenever you said or did anything that annoyed them!" LOL! Or those who would provoke others to do something for which they could be told on while they pretend to be innocent bystanders. These types grew up to frequent positions in lower management.

Yea, big time. Rumsfeld Part II. He has learned well. :) Franks reminds of John Wayne minus the anger. He didn't take any bait and calmly bitch-slapped the commie (Chinese) reporters.

Sounds to me as if some recon troopers got a little ahead of themselves. Two humvees were ambushed by RPG's. This
probably occured around Nasiriyah. There was said to be some fighting in the area before the bridghead had been taken. That's where they probably died.
Natch, their assailants are probably kissing up to 72 virgins now.
Be Seeing You,
Chris

This just in another war victory...Daschle declared defeat on radio address. According to Daschle, it takes troops to disarm not resolutions. Then he wraps himself in the patriotism, pride, armed forces and flag. (Having trouble keeping breakfast down. )
Pelosi, basically doesn't suport war but supports troops.
Comment: Orginal intro said that Pelosi was to give rat rebuttle but Daschle was first to speak. Pelosi also wrapped self in troops, etc...Need Pepto
