About 500 lesbians used the occasion of their first public pride march Friday to protest the war in Iraq as opposition politicians blocked the U.S. Consulate in Acapulco and dozens of anti-war demonstrators camped out in front of the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City.

Protesters spelled out "No to war, yes to peace," with a flower arrangement
... no comment...especially after I just listened to a group of Iraqi women talking about the torture chambers of Saddam, replete with human meant grinders and acid baths.
