For three long years while we were stationed in Germany the armed forces television fed us a steady diet of CNN and the networks. Right after 911 the so-called cable company we had started carrying Fox News.

I was able to see Brian Kilmeade on his excusions through New York and even got to see him ask Clinton if he felt any guilt. It was thrilling to see.

Then, about six months later the cable company quit carrying Fox News and replaced it with some weird religious programing. All through the three years the armed forces television was playing Bill O'Reilly's show at eight in the morning, while most people were at work.(which was the only thing from the Fox News Channel that AFN would allow)

And, they never repeated it at night which is what they did with the Today Show. (as if anyone wanted to see that even one time) and they played that stupid clueless The View twice daily.

So glad we are home in the states now and we keep our television on Fox News. It has great coverage of the war.

I'd think armed forces radio would air a network that supported them.
