Amen... it's like that at our house, too, so I'm relying on my news to come through you guys... & Glenn Beck (radio)!!! I'm hearing right now that our troops are being fired upon. Glenn was talking to one of the journalists over there & then lost transmission after he reported that shots were being fired at them. Anybody else hear that? *man, I sure hate not having cable* ARRRGGGGG

Just send us an abuse report near the time of the press conference, we can fix up the title. (We moniter the abuse reports and can act much quicker right now than a ping, thanks)

Is there a web-based audiofeed of Rumsfield's news conference?
To: ewing
We targeted 5, have they confirmed that they were actually killed?

Fox just had a fascinating report from their correspondent with the Marines going in right now and engaging Iraqi forces on the border. You could hear the Cobra's firing Hellfire missiles as the Marines were moving forward. The report ended abrubtly with the correspondent saying "Oh I'm told we're moving out right now..." and the line went dead.
A great report.

Brain WIlliams...the future of NBC news. I can hear the channel changers already, on this day, the day they call the holy day of Ramadan.

Rick Leventhal is the correspondent's name. He's doing great work. He's back on now.

Anyone else see "HELEN" at the press briefing - yesterday I think it was - wearing the navy blue beret? My first thought was "Monica" but now that I have seen the Iraqi military - it looks like she is trying to "identify with Saddam"..... Hilarious~~

Fox's live coverage has been pretty good - better than their usual slow-to-get-there stuff. Their only goof was letting Alexander Haig prattle on w/ Hannity and Colmes for 5 more minutes after 1st reports of bombing. CNN and others already were on the scene. I love Fox, but they still have a ways to go to be the best at that kind of coverage, but they are getting there.
