Ah, the education industry. Ya gotta love it.

"Yes, I learned there are 281 tiles on the ceiling in Mr. Cobbs office." Ha! I like this kid's attitude. Glad he's an American and not a Ukrainian.

Cobb acknowledged that the Renaissance School Handbook never explicitly addresses the issue of carrying a toy weapon to school. So to be clear with his students, Cobb said that he went to every 6th-grade class on opening day last September and spoke about the conduct code, specifically addressing the subject of plastic or toy guns.
This, my friends, is called "covering your six" (o'clock)

The kid should have dressed as a condom. They would have advanced him a grade.

someone needs to smack the school boards of this country with a simple binary fact: weapons are not toys; toys are not weapons.
How are morons, who cannot distinguish reality, supposed to teach any useful thing to our children?

I was shocked because I knew it was supposed to be a portrait day for kids, Nmesh told The Times. This was part of a costume. The last thing in the world I was expecting was for Daniel to be punished. Nmesh said that she was born in the Ukraine when it was part of the old U.S.S.R
I guess she didn't expect such idiocy and stupidity, because even the commie schools weren't as loony as the one her son is in now.

I asked Daniel, Did you learn a lesson? He said, Yes, I learned there are 281 tiles on the ceiling in Mr. Cobbs office. I like this kid.

I asked Daniel, Did you learn a lesson? He said, Yes, I learned there are 281 tiles on the ceiling in Mr. Cobbs office. He was punished for something he didnt really understand.
"Yes, I also learned that the administration at my school are flaming @$$ holes."

any school that teaches that a toy gun is a weapon cannot be trusted to give intelligent information on any subject.

Oh, I can make this even worse. Last year, a school suspended 5 year olds for play 'cowboys and Indians' with NO TOY! They were using there fingers as guns.
NJ has really gone over the deep end. If anyone needs to see an article on that....hit me back. I'm working on something now. That is why I didn't look it up.

The really sad part is, this isn't news. This same stupidity happens weekly (daily?) all over the US.
