Aye, I think the chirping is the "squeal" from the low bitrate lossy audio compression. You can see traffic moving to the left but not the other lane

There seems to be a little more traffic now than there was 15 or 20 minutes ago.The time in Iraq is now Thu 4:26 AM.
Maybe they are on their way to work, or out of town.
