I heard someone on the radio this morning say that Daschle needs to learn a lesson or two from Ian Duncan Smith, who is head of the opposition to Blair in the UK. Smith did a great job of asking questions, tough questions of what's going on, but it was absolutely clear that he was part of the Loyal Opposition.
