I'm asking for volunteers to create a good product list of alternative products. If you are an expert in a category or would like start a list of American or Ally products/services, let me know. I will list the alternative category and have your freeper name as the list keeper. That way people can freep you for your list. Once you get it set up and have a master copy in your FreepMail, you can just copy it for each reply to the request.

Your actions are commendable but in my opinion slightly flawed in regards to this boycott. What effect would this boycott have on US jobs?

Airbus alone creates thousands of US jobs and buys at least up to $6 billion of US products every year. Everything from engines to sub-assemblies. Airbus is an international consortium and such a boycott would also affect UK jobs.

EV, here's where I found the list I emailed to you.

Grampa, suggest you add Facom tools. Facom is the French equivalent of Snap-On and is used by BMW plants (ref: Spartanburg, SC where they make the Z4 and X5). Yep - a 2-fer. SCREW the Germans too!

Hubby told me the other day that SADDAM actually has (had?) holdings in Premiere magazine, which is listed in your post as French-owned. He's asleep so I can't find the source... anyone?
