might the french tell saddam to use wmd just to get back in the game? they need a pretext to get involved, and saddam might reward chirac's fidelity by using the weapons on our troops and allies.
the treachery of the french cannot be under-estimated.

Mon Dieu! How can Saddam use weapons France says it doesn't have?

The treachery of the French would extend to providing our intel to Saddam. If we let them get *anywhere* near us while the war is on, someone's got a few screws loose in the White House & DoD.

The damn frogs are trying to find a "graceful" way out, now that they've been rendered impotent. Unfortunately, the French don't see it that way. They believe they have won a diplomatic coupe by isolating the U.S. and defeating us in the U.N. Security Council. They truly believe that their sophistication and superior sense of self have unmasked our President as the bumbling and dangerous idiot that he is. They believe that G.W. Bush has been rendered politically impotent. The French despise us.

Well now isn't that speeecial!
Probably something got lost in the translation. It probably reads:
France Says If Iraq Uses WMD Against Them Their Policy Will Change"
Fry the French! The Bush doctrine has no exception clauses.

Report: France Could Aid Coalition Against Iraq Tue March 18, 2003 10:46 AM ET WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Despite its opposition to a war in Iraq, France could assist any U.S.-led military coalition if Iraq uses biological and chemical weapons, the French ambassador to the United States told CNN on Tuesday. "If Saddam Hussein were to use chemical and biological weapons, this would change the situation completely and immediately for the French government," Jean-David Levitte told CNN. Levitte said a decision on any French participation in the war would be made by French President Jacques Chirac, if and when biological or chemical weapons were used. Although he declined to give details on the possible shape of French participation, Levitte said, "We have equipment to fight in these circumstances." |

There is a particular political party in this country that will believe this, they elected Bill Clinton twice and put his evil wife in the senate.

"France Says If Iraq Uses WMD Their Policy Will Change" OK. Where would you like to start? How 'bout Paris?

Iraq can't use WMD, they are contained by the US military who is sending in thousands of inspectors like France wanted..../sarcasm

You are very right. You cannot believe the BS their radio stations are spouting on the air. There was a presentation of a new book about Chirac this morning on a french station. They said that Chirac was probably the greatest president of all times... Bwaaaahaaahaaahaa unbelievable. They were talking about him like the new king of the universe. How intelligent and brilliant he is, bla, bla, bla. The whole thing just made me laugh out loud, alone in my car.
They really look at all this like a very great victory of their president and their chief UN clown (de Villepin).
Cheers, and keep it up guys. I am proud of you, your president and all the guys getting ready in the Gulf.
