I'm confused. Why are they under the impression that anybody but her family would care about her plight?
________
Plenty of Lefties and Muslims care and will make good propaganda with it. I care too and wish she hadn't wasted her life on such nonsense. She was playing a game of chicken and lost.

Can't figure out whether they want to burn our flags or carry them reverently through the streets?

Here's a picture of the accident, posted by her local newspaper, taken by her friends just after the dozer backed away from the building.

Sorry she's flat, but she really looked like the most annoying person you'd ever not want to meet.

"Caterpillar" accept no substitutes. I guess we will just have to "track" this one on the issue of motive.
Even in the sixties I never saw anyone so mother loving dumb.

Who was the physician who house the bulldozer was destroying? What was the crime the doctor had convicted for that his house being destroyed? What explanation is the IDF offering after its initial report that this young American woman ran in front of the bulldozer, when the photos clearly show her simply standing, not moving, in a brightly colored coat and what looks like a bullhorn? Evidently she wouldn't move, so the IDF moved her. Being naive does not give you the freedom to interfere in someone else's conflict and not expect to get roughed up. Just ask a policeman about the joys of breaking up domestic squabbles. He'd just as soon avoid them. Young Rachel should have stayed home.

They are such Idiots.... everyone knows after being run over by a tank you don't need a coffin that large. :-)
To: dennisw
To paraphrase a poster on the original thread, that coffin is the wrong size -- it should be ten feet long and two inches thick.

"Now why would they put an American flag on her mock coffin when she was burning one just the other day ???"
They'll burn it when their little parade is over. (They don't care a thing for her. She's just another infidel)

From the news: Corrie, 23, a student at The Evergreen State College in Olympia, died Sunday in the Gaza Strip city of Rafah while trying to stop a bulldozer from tearing down a
Palestinian physicians home. She fell in front of the machine, which ran over her and backed up, witnesses said.
Who was the physician who house the bulldozer was destroying?
His name was in the news but I forget
What was the crime the doctor had convicted for that his house being destroyed?
I don't know. Rafah is a Gaza refugee camp right on the Egyptian border. There are many tunnels used for arms smuggling and Israel is often down there demolishing tunnels and arresting gun smugglers. There's often gunfire. Houses have been condemned/demolished that have been used for arms smuggling
Egypt turns a blind eye to this weapons smuggling. There are allegations the Egyptian army assists it.
The doctor's house was empty, vacated, on the list to be demolished. Not all doctors are angels. Dr. Rantisi is the head of Hamas.

I feel bad for her parents, period. She wanted to be a human shield, and she was one (not a very good one mind you). Ashes to ashes, dust to dust. May God have mercy on her soul.
