My nephew Christopher, age 4, in Michigan is very ill. He has been dehydrated and vomiting, and now they suspect a bowel obstruction. He is on his way by helo to Grand Rapids (from their home in Grayling) and my brother and his wife are driving down (about a 2 hour trip, bet they make it in considerably less.)
Please pray for safe travel, and for the skill of the doctors to determine the correct course of treatment! God Bless the helicopter pilot and personnel, and the healthcare workers taking care of Chris!
God Bless Chris and make him well.

Heavenly Father,
We bow before You asking that You hold this little child in Your loving arms so that the power of Your healing flows through him. Give courage and support to his frightened parents, and help them to place their trust in You. Fill the doctors and nurses with Your wisdom and reveal to them the appropriate diagnosis and treatment for Chris. We know You understand everything that is needed, Father, and we trust in You to take care of this family. In the Name of Jesus, the Great Physician, Amen.

Seams2me is now on the phone, (she's my sister, Chris is my nephew, too!) she's found that Chris is going to DeVos, and also can get specific driving instructions for our brother and his wife, who are driving like mad to get there. I'm sure GR will be confusing but now that they know where they are going, she can get online and give them help if they need it!
Freepers are the best people in the world! Thank you all for your help and prayers!

In the name of The Father, and of The Son, and of the Holy Ghost...
THE MEMORARE of Saint Bernard
Remember, O Most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided.
Inspired with this confidence, I fly unto thee O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To thee I come, before thee I stand sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy, hear and answer me. Amen
Mary, I pray that you ask your blessed Son, Jesus, to look after this boy, and if it be His Will, that this child be healed. Amen
