No they didn't! They didn't cut it out because I saw it live and on the replay. It was the Spanish reporter who asked a series of questions in succession (as reporters inevitably do) one of them saying something about a "majority" of countries were not in favor of using force "at this time".

Call CNN what you will, but they didn't edit out the question in question.

Unbelievable. That was the best part. I noticed that you referred to it above as the part where Bush talked about France. That was a different answer to a different question. The question where Bush ripped into the foreign reporter was early on in the Q&A, maybe about the second question, maybe third. After his rant, he said a meek little "sorry" to Blair and turned it over to him.

Then a little later, toward the very end of the conference, Bush talked about France and about the UN having to regain their legs of responsibility.
