El Baradei and the IAEA have been wrong multiple times. I have no idea how, in a country that has deliberately deceived the world, he can confidently say there is not nuclear program in Iraq. Not only that, he has essentially called the United States liars.

Blix's mission was to not find anything supstantial, and to draw the inspection sham out indefinitely. In this regard he and Chiraq have gambled and lost.
