Blair and Bush seem REALLY PO'ed every time the UN is mentioned. Basing the French now says, "cards have been played."

Bush has had it with France et al who shirk their duty.

Bush has calmed down somewhat, but is still speaking, lecturing it can be said, the audience about the history and how he has gone to the UN for the sake of peace. For the UN to mean something, it must take itself seriously and act for peace. End of press conference.
