Thanks to Trent Lott and the feckless GOP Senate at the time we will never see any justice for Bill the freaking traitor/rapist Clinton in our lifetimes.

If you really want your day bummed just remember that Hillary is now in that same Senate and will run for President. And I believe it will be in 2004.

Never forget that Lott was (is) a RAT that changed his party only to get elected. I suspect many of the other defections are less than principle driven.

Exactly, Trent Lott, Orin Hatch, Damato, Lugar, Specter, McConnell. They become too comfortable with their miserable "positions" and therefore are corrupted against taking risks--such as making a real trial out of the impeachment and showing the Democrats up for what they are ===when/if they voted agianst conviction. No, the Republican senators did not have the nerve.

"I am deeply concerned that Hillary Clinton serving on the Senate Armed Services Committee represents a clear and present danger to our national security," said the weapons officer...

"Considering all the sensitive information released by her husband's administration to North Korea and China, I have grave national security concerns about information that would be revealed to her and her staff regarding many of our most secret military capabilities," the Air Force whistleblower explained...
