Does the UN really want to draw more attention to their idiocy?

Anyone considering invading the U.S. should think twice, especially a body as weak as the U.N. Aside from our military force, what would they do about all of the millions of American civilians? Other countries know that most of us are not only armed to the teeth (especially states that border Canada and Mexico) we know how to use them. I think the idea of a few million or more crazy armed Americans would make anyone back down. I guess having a "cowboy" reputation isn't such a bad thing!
