Talking about Carter's Nobel Peace Prize. Said that anyone who was offered an award that they gave to Arafat before should have told them to stick it up their a**!
Also said that Carter was being a p**ck by criticizing Bush.

ROFLOL! I should have labelled this thread as rated "X" but he just said that Clinton was only interested in the U.N. when it was bracketed by "C" and "T".

He nailed Huffington so hard on SUV's. He basically said, "Look, you had one a year ago. I'm all happy for you that you've had this religious conversion, but could you give the rest of us a few moments to figure things out for ourselves? It's like one day I get a phone call saying, 'Hey, man, Arianna's off SUV's! That means we've all got to sell ours!' Forgive me, but I don't think America has to fire its energy-conservation policy through the prism of Arianna Huffington latest religious conviction."

Fox girl is getting booed.Nothing like that politically diverse Los Angeles audience!
But seriously, this show is relatively cringeworthy. The "political satirist" is not funny in the slightest, neither is this regular stand-up comic on as I type this, and all the good lines from the panelists are scripted, not just Dennis Miller's. The only difference is that Miller's lines are funny.
The program seems to have actually managed to take the WORST parts of "Politically Incorrect" and spread them out to an hour.
Oh, as for Monica Crowley, she would really be benefitting herself everywhere, not just on this show, if a) she stopped demanding to be referred to as DOCTOR Monica Crowley (the only other person I can think of that insists on that is Henry F'ing Kissinger, and everyone makes fun of him for it too! And Monica, you're no Henry Kissinger, sorry); and b) She would come up with some other job description other than "I'm with the Council on Foreign Relations." Yes, you are dear, because you were Richard Nixon's last Lewinsky. And we all know it. Go back to calling yourself a "syndicated columnist" and you'll be doing yourself a gigantic favor.

Killed.
Killed, killed, killed.
I was afraid he'd be a p---y and be cowed by the stacked lefty crowd. He didn't pull a single punch. He seemed to actually thrive on the booing.
Everytime they booed, he came back with something worse, with a "How you like me now?" smile.
To: FastNBulbous
I havent' forgiven him for his support of Clinton during the impeachment. But he's making a good start at redeeming himself now.

Dude, I have no idea what "Dennis Miller" you're thinking of.
He was against Clinton. He would have Chris Hitchens on and tear into him ruthlessly.
Some of you guys-- I honestly have no idea which "Dennis Miller" you think you've been watching for the past five years.
To: Warhead W-88
I hope I am wrong.
To: Warhead W-88
Or rather, I think I do know.
I would read the Media Research Center reports on Miller. Brent Bozell had a real stick up his ass about Miller, apparently because he thought that ABC had picked the "left wing" Miller over Limbaugh for the MNF job.
And so MRC would keep publishing these "leftist" statements by Miller, apparently completely unaware that Miller was just about the most famous conservative-tilting dude in Hollyood at the moment, and that while he sprinkled scorn among all politicos like many commedians do, he hit the Clintons hard and viciously and often, and he hit the Democrats harder than any other (non political, non news, non Fox) tv personality.
Brent Bozell is surprised by Miller's "conversion." It's not really a "conversion." It's an intensification or a clarification, but the man has been moderate to right-leaning for oh, about ten frickin years.
To: Warhead W-88
Remember who Dennis Miller supported in 1992?
It was not Clinton.
It was Perot-- a man I'm guessing a lot of you Freepers also supported.
So I find it hard to understand where this powerful belief in Miller's liberalism comes from.
To: Warhead W-88
I don't want to get off on a rant here, but anyone who think Miller's been a good liberal these past ten years probably also thinks that Fredo would make a good consiglierte.

We called DISH last week and canceled HBO. No Mahr here. :-)
