It is the squeeky wheel that gets the oil.
How do you think the civil rights movement affected change in this country?
This is a conservative movement. Welcome to the changing of the gaurd. You are welcome to jump on the bandwagon... however, even if you don't we are going in without you.

Shalom.

I have been on this road my entire life which is 49 years now. I just find it amusing to see conservatives jumping on the boycott wagon that was used by the Libs so frequently, without success most of the time. Some days lately we should call Freerepublic "Boycott Central". The products of the French, Germans, Canadians all deserve to be boycotted because their actions are repulsive. But pouring out wine you have already paid for or breaking your Chicks CD is silly but it's your money. In the past 2 or 3 days the Dixie Chicks have been posted countless times with 50 to 100+ rants over what chubby said. One of the reasons I've always been a conservative is because we always worked rationally and deliberately to get things done. So if the movement has developed into some reverse polarity Jesse Jackson side show, I might need to look for another wagon. By the way I heard that the French get 3 cents for every gallon of gas sold in the US. I'm going to drain the gas out of my car into the storm sewer and walk 26 miles to work every day. I heard this on Rush.
