Think about it.. possiblity a pre-emptive chemical attack on our troops.. kill 30,000 in the first few minutes of any war.. drop some chemicals into Israel.. nukes going off all over Iraq.. he wants to bring this to the mother of all battles.. and ingite a war the likes we never seen before.

Only a nuke would do that, and only in a city. A [un]lucky hit by a Scud like the one in the Gulf War would result in casualties, but not nearly that many.

Nukes will not be used. We have more than enough conventional equipment in theater to take care of 3 Iraq's. The powers to be understand the physical "out of theater" damage nukes would cause, not to mention the diplomatic ramafications.
