America: A Nation Of Cowards, Undeserving Of Freedom

Yes, you read it right. You, who have sold out your birthright of freedom to the power of government are unworthy to be called Americans. You are nothing but cowards. You have taken the entire concept of freedom, trashed it into nothingness and laid the remains at the feet of people who seek only to profit from your money and your lives.

You continue to trust those who have made a career of prevarication with your freedom. You believe that you can say to those in power; No, we will not hold you to the constraints of Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution, which you swore to uphold and defend; but we will express incredulity when our favorite provisions, listed under the Bill of Rights of the same document are infringed. We say it is OK when government doesn't go by the rules, and then complain when they take us up on it!

I retain a special contempt for those of you who frequent the houses of worship in this country on a regular basis and yet meekly surrender your spirit and God-given freedoms to the idol/god called government. A minister in Mississippi has referred to the majority of churches in this country as social clubs for losers.

Have you even stopped to think of how much economic disruption would occur, along with a complete breakdown of social order as the crisis became wider?

Or are you one of the juveniles, gleeful in the thought that you finally get to shoot somebody while saving the attractive girl?

NO. The "them" is Al Queda, et. al not my own government. And further "stop them at all costs" are not my words they are my President's words. I agree with my President . . . it's an emotional thing . . . I love my country and support the effort to root out Al Queda cells, et. al that want to kill us . . . at all costs.

Sorry about that. I thought we'd fixed all of those noisy helicopters. Most of them are completely silent now; that makes it easier for us to get around unnoticed.

And some of our helicopters don't have their full complement of blue-helmeted UN troops either anymore. We have too many helicopters and not enough jackbooted thugs to fill them. We have advertised in "Mercenary Weekly" and "Fascists-R-Us", but it still takes time to properly train a Darth Vader-helmeted jackbooted Nazi to adequate standards.

Finally, in case you haven't noticed, we have started painting the Star of David emblems on our black helicopters in black paint. WE know its there and YOU know it's there, but we have to keep the downtrodden populace guessing as to who their true overlords are.

While I don't agree with the author about going to war, his statements about our loss of freedoms and cowardice to do anything about it is right on the mark. We somehow, someway, someday soon will have to take a stand against our own government or become slaves. We really do not have many freedoms left.
