It's as you describe and more.
These Sanders folks should change their name, officially, to Scammers. The book, much of which was posted on the net, is ridiculous hyperbole. Any pilot with more than 5 hours flight time knew it was BS from chapter 3.
Not only that, even after being convicted, and convicted quickly, by a jury of their peers, they still say it's all a government plot to get them.
They are liars and thieves, but they are even worse too.
This is all nothing more than attempt by WND to sell their BS book. 200+ Americans died on that plane, but these scum Sanders types are willing to knowingly lie to the other 270,000,000 of us to try to drain some blood money from the corpses of the dead.
I have been a reporter for years and it's people like this who give our profession a bad name. #1, they put out BS for profit, #2, they claim their so-called journalistic status gives them a right to steal.
It's hard enough for young reporters to get the facts straight when they come out of J schools with liberal mush filling their brains. People like these two only make it harder.

Can you back up your claim that First Strike is BS? Your post looks like a bunch of BS to me.

I won't comment on the legal situation surrounding the Sanders or this case or summary judgement motion because I don't know the first thing about it.
There's one thing you can hang your hat on, however: TWA 800 was shot down, and did not explode due to a fuel pump malfunction.

Any pilot with more than 5 hours flight time knew it was BS from chapter 3. Your entire post is inflammatory and ridiculous hyperbole. You use ad hominum attack and do not address ANY of the issues raised by Sanders in his books... or, for that matter, the issues raised by a host of professionals who also find the NTSB and FBI positions to be ridiculous.
EVERY professional pilot I know thinks that TWA-800 was shot down. My father, who was a professional in the field and involved in military crash investigation before his retirement, thought it was shot down.

So, I guess all those witnesses who saw an object come from below and hit the plane were actually seeing falling debris, right?
Elmer, is that you? Again?

Your post # 44 jumped all over the place. It's like there are two or three paragraphs missing between each of yours.
What happened on Chapter 3?(don't ask me to read the book)
What was the charge against them?(adding this would help the flow)
I would think, as a journalist, your post wouldn't be so disconnected.(JMO)
