It is made up of the heads of diplomacy of Egypt, of Tunisia, of Lebanon, of Syria, of Bahrain and of the secretary-general of the Arab League, Amr Moussa, and was to go Thursday to Bahrain, which currently chairs the Arab top, then Friday to Baghdad and to meet Saturday president Saddam Hussein.

Diplomats in Beirut had declared Tuesday that Lebanon and Syria could not join the delegation, fearing that it is made the relay of requests for resignation of Saddam Hussein.

" Iraq refuses to receive the Arab departmental committee which was to go to Baghdad Friday to try to prevent a war...."

They may be fortunate. Saddam usually murders those who offer ideas he does not want to hear. His murders are excruciatingly painful.
