I agree with you meekie; we must not say such things...even in jest....because, truly, they are not funny....violence is wrong; self-defense, of course, is another matter altogether, as is war against tyrannical dictators. We must never stoop to the level of the Rats/socialists/DUmmies....for then we are no better than they.

We do have to be careful with our comments. I know I'm relatively new to FR, but I have been a political activist for years with children's issues. Remember, the forum dynamics make it feel like we are just chatting to our friends, but everyone in the world can read what we are saying. Conservative friends and foes, both. AND the PRESS... which is NOT on our side, the conservative side, Bush's side. They would do almost anything to discredit conservatives and Bush supporters, especially right now.

Please, be careful not to hand reporters the ammunition to do it....we should never type any comments that we wouldn't want to see published to the world and be twisted to further help the liberal's agenda.
