President Bush continued his strong diplomatic effort via the phone today by calling the leaders of several countries looking for support in a war against Iraq. Bush also expressed his condolences to the people of Serbia regarding the assassination of their leader, Zoran Djindjic. Bush also held a meeting with bipartisan lawmakers on medical liability reform which goes to a House vote Thursday. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

QUOTE OF THE DAY: The President, clearly, views what has been accomplished is the United Nations has, at least in part, woken up to the urgent need to disarm Saddam Hussein. Whether they wake up to the point of actually acting and enforcing the resolutions remains to be seen. But prior to September 12th, the United Nations has spent the last four years basically asleep when it came to disarming Saddam Hussein. The President hopes they will awaken to the gathering threat, and the Security Council will take action to disarm Saddam Hussein.~ Ari Fleschier

Thank you so much for the pictures, rintense. It's good to see the President again. These are really disconcerting times. I think we've had more than enough diplomacy with the spineless U.N. - it's time to act!

I's so glad to see that he is smiling in ALL of the pictures. It does my nerves good to see him in such positive spirits.

That's because HE knows what's going on, while we are bombarded by media hysteria and coutless handwringing punits and such!
We elected him for his character, he has demonstrated that character over and over again, and I am simply trusting him to do his best, which he is.
I find it helpful to turn off the TV and do something likem yard work! Keeps the blood pressure down!
