How'd the MOAB test go today?
Glad I scrolled all the way down; it apparently went well...and that's zackly what was in my mind.
Flush him out with a big 'buzz-on'! Hint: Look for any Achmed over 6'4"...

I think it made a 25 mile radius smoking hole in the ground. Truthfully, the video I saw lacked drama.

I remember that one, too. I personally still think he bought the farm then and we're chasing after a look-alike or relative.

Pi times radius sqaured = area.
To: TomGuy
Hopefully we have better intelligence now.......with a great number of spy planes in the area, hundreds of CIA agents...etc.

Initial thoughts:
How many 25 square mile segments of land are in Pakistan? Answer? TONS!
Heck, we are within 1 meter of catching him. Now if we could just find that square meter!
We are within 25 square miles of his Pakistani protectors. Translation. He's being hidden and we know he's near but we just can't find him.

You got that right. No repeat of Tora Bora this time!!

Stay tuned .. story coming up on Fox...

OK, a 25 square mile circle has a radius of about 2.8 miles. I think that's what was intended.
A 25 mile radius is not usually described as narrow.

Yikes! You're not involved in CIA search planning, I hope. A = p * r ^ 2 !!! What you're remembering is the formula for the circumference of a circle. If we've got him pinned to the edge of a circle, somehow, then you'd be right.

The closer we get to war with sad-man, the closer we get to capturing lead-head. Since I still firmly believe he is dead, it looks like another weapon of mass distraction.

How can anyone know he is within a 25 mile radius without knowing precisely where he is??
I no longer pay any attention to ANY "we're close to Bin Laden" stories. All just speculation and false hype.
There is only one Bin Laden story I will pay attention to: the one that says he is in CIA custody or that pieces of his stinking body have been blown all over an Afghan cave.

They probably caught him last week, and are delaying the announcement until the war starts in hopes of getting all the terrorist reprisals out of the way at one time...

Nah, just math-challenged.
