Hell, the government has been chasing Eric Robert Rudolph for at least 5 years. According to the Clinton FBI they have had him cornered in a reasonably small area in or very near western North Carolina. His picture has been spread across the country. He has been on the FBI top 10 most wanted list for several years. There is a $1 million price on him. See http://www.fbi.gov/mostwant/topten/fugitives/rudolph.htm

Even in familiar territory, with non-hostile people around him, in a literate society with everyone having ready and daily access to TV sets no one has a clue where he is.

When considered in this context, the fact that GWB and his menions have done as well as they have in capturing terrorists in foreign, often hostile, countries is remarkable.

Getting bin Laden and Hussein in the same week would certainly be something!! Apparently, Greta is finally getting around to the bin Laden story. I'll believe it when I see it ... but I think it's time for both of them to meet God!!!

25 mile radius is actually only about 157 square miles.
2(pi)* r = area
I have no idea why I remember that formula...looks like it finally had a practical application

Actually, 2(pi)*r = pi * d = circumference

Area is Pi*r^2

Pi * 25^2 = 1,963.50 sq. mi.

(btw, ^2 = squared)

A dog is tied in the center of a large back yard with a 4 meter rope. He defecates three times a day. How many days will it take for the entire area to be covered in dog poop?

LOL! That's more like 25 square miles... so I guess her "radius" comment at the beginning was misspoken.

All I know is we won't rest until we search every one of the 15,315,744,384 square inches in that area.

I heard her correctly ... but the reporting was not correct. We'll get him, but I take every report with a grain of salt!

I don't think we should be reporting this! He reads the Internet too! And he has gotten away too many times!

Let's not forget, and I'm not sure if I'm spelling her name right, but Kieran Chetry deserves some mention here as well!

How many "mothers of all bombs" would it take to blow up twenty-five square miles?
