Do you remember the press conference with Blair and Pres Bush. I always thought that Pres Bush looked really irritated when he came out and then sounded it.

Would tend to believe that Blair told him then that he needed another UN resolution to get the GB on board. Pres Bush should have taken the hit at that time and told Blair "NO MORE TIME!" Now GB wants another 10 days added on to the 17th.

This is ludicrous! The line was drawn in the sand for the 17th and now Blair says the 17th was not a firm date to disarm.

Time to cut Blair lose and let him fight his own battle at home!

I agree with you. Another delay of 10 days will not provide the support Blair wants/(needs). In fact, IMO it will make the situation even worse politically, but even more important than that, militarily. Unless we are waiting on Turkey, I can envision a delay only hurting our troops.

Where did you get that information? A source please.

It is definitely time to cut GB loose. Each delay puts our troops in more danger. Not even one American life should be sacrificed for anyone's political career. We should give Tony Blair our heart-felt thanks for HIS support (No poll in GB has Brits supporting him or US actions), and proceed without the UK. The Brits, it would seem, would rather hop, skip, and jump into the arms of France and Germany than to stand with the US. So be it. America, keep this in mind when out shopping.

I just heard a talking head on Fox News say the war will most likely start in early April. That is the next period of no moon and we may not have everything exactly in place yet.

I just pray that our military will keep their morale up and it doesn't get too hot over there.

What grates is that the 17th was a date the BRITISH FM MADE INTO THE PROPOSAL.

I dont think its possible to change it, the other countries just want to renege on the whole idea of regime change.

We cannot. We must not delay any further.
