Thank you, and thank Mrs. Silverback for her service to our country and welcome her aboard FR.

It sure is Fred but a weekend warmup is finally on the way.
I have to babysit my grandchildren Saturday. God, I hope they don't make me play soccer again!! Oh, the pain!!!

Thank you. I wonder if CNN is even aware of this. I'm watching them now. As I type, they are reporting it as Breaking News.

Snow can make a nice cushion and I assume they have flares etc.. Patience and Hope!!

MSNBC confirms copter crashed
The CNN on-air guy is speculating on the large number of personnel on board. I have to say that the weight would probably not be a problem in that cold air if they're were 15 aboard.

That is sad news. They are showing the MOAB now.

I cannot stand Shepard Smith.

They are showing the MOAB now. Yes...apparently that's a big item today. I can't believe how slow everyone is moving on this story. MSNBC has an affiliate covering this: http://www.wstm.com/. They may provide more details before the major networks do.

Yes, please keep us up to date. My neighbor's son is currently training at Fort Drum. There is a real possiblity that he could have been on that bird.

Not good news but MSNBC is saying that there were nine (9) personnel on board.
To: lawdog
Now saying Nine Aboard...

You could always watch 10 programs of Spongebob Squarepants! Then you would learn to appreciate those soccer games sooo much more!
