The site hosting the recruitment videos for jihad, with clips displaying the dead bodies of mujahedeen from terrorist operations in Chechnya is located in Washington D.C. at Cogent. This same ISP hosted the Chechen Mujhadeen's site: Kavkaz.org for several years. Cogent resisted taking them down for violations of AUP until after the Moscow theater attack.

Could there be a connection? Are the Saudis funding Kavkaz too? Who in Washington D.C. was protecting the Chechen terrorists and why?
