A 22-year-old Detroit man was killed outside a motorcycle club on the city's east side after losing a staring competition with another man, Detroit police said Sunday.
The fatal shooting occurred around 3 a.m. Friday in the 2200 block of Bellevue outside Hell Raisers motorcycle club.
