Not only is he one of the most overrated presidents we ever had but his influence over American history was very negative as a whole. He was a true DemocRAT in almost every way. Many of his ideas would have been absolute disasters for the nation had he been able to implement them...

Until I began extensive research into his era I thought J. was wonderful. As I have uncovered more and more about what he actually stood far my esteem has dropped while that for his hated rival, Hamilton, has soared.

It pains me to find these things out about one of my former heroes. But the truth is the truth.
