US should exercise her VETO power on this one !!!

According to the UN Charter, no citizen of one of the permanent members of the Security Council can hold the position of Secretary General of the UN.

Can you please cite the provision of the UN Charter that says that? I looked for it a couple of weeks ago, and was not able to find it.

All depends on your definition of is.... We've heard that rules don't apply to Clinton.
