This Iraqi defector sounds like he really believes the superior prowess of his nations military. Little does this young buck know, or realize, what lies he's been spoon fed and what their military is up against. He knows enough to defect though.

No, Nancy Pelosi explains this very clearly... HERE.

An Iraqi defector has told Sky News that Saddam Hussein will use chemical weapons if the country is invaded. How could Hollywierd be wrong? How can he use what he doesn't have? Martin Sheen needs to have a cabinet shake-up.

I think our guys wanted that info out.Yes, this is the week, I heard, that we are going to dump out everyting we know of what Iraq has because we won't need to use those intelligence assets much longer.

One of the reasons (IMO) this war isn't over now is we have spec-ops guys running around looking for and targeting sadams Bio-Chem sites.
Also we should realise that these weapons really are not that effective against soldiers.

Wouldn't want to be in the neighborhood if God forbid any of our own chem weopons bunkers were blown up either. One hopes they are kept at high alert---there's one of those suckers thirty miles upwind. There's something truly evil about biological and chemical weapons, especially the former. I don't think we should have them in our arsenal. Atomic bombs are sufficient, as far as WMD are concerned. The intentional spreading of disease is truly sick, and could very well backfire on us if we ever resorted to it.

"We have been fully provided with complete protection gear, gas masks, first aid kit, injections." I bet it's hard to keep your gas mask on when a Daisy Cutter goes off nearby. 8-O

Also we should realise that these weapons really are not that effective against soldiers. Because of soldiers' protective gear? Will all our troops in the region be wearing such gear?

It's difficult to deploy anything when the deployer and that which would be deployed both are in a gaseous state of matter....

It may not impress the peaceniks, but I would hope at least the fence sitters would know we were right to attack Iraq.I seriously doubt it would impress them if they were found in Berkely, Ithica, and Hollywood...

when our troops reach Baghdad Our troops will never be in Baghdad.
Sodamn Insane will order a launch on Israel.
Israel will respond.
Our troops will have stayed a safe distance from where Baghdad had been.

There's something truly evil about biological and chemical weapons, especially the former.Which is exactly why the 6' long sign on the front of my house says:

The problem of collateral contamination is one reason the Bush team has maneuvering to being to use a new generation of tactical nukes in battlefied situations. A tactical nuke would "vaporize" chemical and bioweapons stores completely with only a little radiation to deal with in the aftermath.

All the hollywood and other marxist and leftist scum protesting this war should be dragged in shackles to the battle sites when we have uncovered the evidence we knew all along was there. They should then be made to confront the evidence, admit they are scum, and left there to find their own way back home. Then when they show up bedraggled at our borders we refuse to let them back in.

Yes. You are exactly right. This is tied more into the World Trade Organization and globalization. Iraq is just a vehicle.
