Seriously Howlin, it was the import of the engines that led them to believe the damn things were illegal. LOL!

Don't forget - Hans allowed the Iraqi's to merely drive over the missiles with a bulldozer so that they could simply reforge the missiles again later on, something much harder to gather together and resmelt if they'd been blown to a billion bits as Blix first required. Blix must resign!

Powell told him that Iraq is using the newer engines and making more missiles and Blix responded to Powell that he couldn't find any evidence to support Powell's assertions... Can you believe it?
