if this is true, we should be welcoming them with open arms. it can't be an act of war to accept their surrender. maybe that's why they cut those holes in the fences down?
we should be welcoming them with open arms ----- I hope and I am sure we are -- that will encourage more of them to surrender, if they see that soldiers who surrender early are not harmed and treated well, and when the war is over can go back home to rebuild.
