An earlier post said that the copy of the report provided to Colin Powell by Blix omitted the reference to the newly discovered drones. Blix explained the omission by claiming that Powell got a "draft."
So, not only did he fail to mention the drones in his verbal report, he failed to mention them in the written report given to Powell.
