Powell did not know about the drone discovery when he addressed UN SC

MSNBC just had a short clip about the Iraqi drone that the London Times wrote about. It seems that...
the copy of the classified UN document that Powell was reading from when he gave his SC talk did not include the pages referring to the chemical spraying drone that the UN had recently discovered.
Blix said the copy Powell had was only a draft.
Yeah right. Both the draft and Blix's speech overlooked one of the most significant discoveries by the inspectors. Iraq has an previously unknow program to develop chemical srpaying drones.
As far as I am concerned Blix should quit now. He stacked the deck at a critical time.

This is just a little much for me.
Blix set Powell up and tilted the whole SC meeting to a lie. What is going into these drones' tanks? The thousands of gallons of missing anthrax? VX, you pick it.
The discovery of one drone is enough to show clear intent. It also shows there is an active program to build and deploy them.
Disassemble a drone, put it in a cargo container, ship it to any US seaport, assemble, load, fly and dump. Doesn't take any rocket scientist to figure this out.

It's as if Blix neglected to attach exhibits to his report given to the UN until after the session.
I still think this is the best thing that could have happened. It has far more punch as something coming out later. France would have dismissed it as proof the inspections are working.

It's about time we send inspectors to inspect the Chief Inspector. Friggin Pink Panther #3 did a better job.

I am almost positive I heard Powell mention UAV's in his reply. It stood out in my mind when he mentioned it because I hadn't heard it before. Am I the only one?

Why in the hell are we continuing to deal with this joke of a Security Council? We should now use this deceit by Blix as a substantial reason to ignore this silly group and go about our business.
Is anyone else tired of us getting bitch-slapped from all sides? Powell should just issue them a big "you are not valid" memo.

Blix is willing to put American lives at risk for the same of Saddam. The man must be called on this immediately and without a shred of so called 'diplomacy'.

It reminds me the time when Scott Ritter neglected to mention the child torture chambers in Iraq, because it might energize the forces that wanted to go to war. Ya think?

Powell stated in a recent speech that they had evidence leading them to believe that Iraq had test flown a UAV in a racetrack pattern for 500 miles (km?). In any case, way beyond agreed upon limits.

Game Over. This should be the "Tilt" on this silly UN pinball game. Powell should go on record and state that the day that UNMOVIC lies to the Security Council, is the day that it loses all credibility and can no longer be trusted to determine ANYTHING regarding disarmament in Iraq.
He should then go on to state that there are 250,000 disarmament inspectors ready to go in, each of which have far more honor, integrity and motivation than the Chief UN Inspector, and that UNMOVIC is hereby advised to immediately evacuate, and not set foot in Iraq again.
Let's quit screwing around with this farce.

Blix deliberately gave Colin Powell a draft version of his report that had the drone information missing? LIVID only begins to cover it. They (and I put this at the feet of Kofi Annan, who delayed the Security Council meeting for a half an hour because he was having coffee with Blix) committed FRAUD against the United States of America.
