As far as I know ... I think it is a "dated" report that just got made 'un-confidential' ... but can't say for certain that this is the one. I agree with you, if this is it, ho hum. But if it's not, and someone's got a pointer to it, let me know.

I've checked into it, it is a current report but I can't find it anywhere on the net.

I've found comparing the UNMOVIC daily reports to the Iraqi version of the same. Iraqi's claim to have been inspectors from entering certain areas but the UN make no mention of it.
I'm starting to strongly feel that Blix is a snake.
