The closest I can come is the late Anne Ramsey (perhaps best known for her role in the movie "Throw Momma From the Train". Maybe we can Photoshop the video dust jacket from that movie and change it to President Bush, Ari, and Helen Thomas, with the title "Throw Helen From the East Room".
