your particular cowardice in connection with iraq,
then that makes Bush a "coward" with N Korea, because he doesn't favor an invasion. All I want is the same containment policy that Bush favors for N Korea, applied to Iraq. A Martian coming to earth would not be able to understand why freepers care so much about Iraq - which isn't openly threatning war against us - while pooh-poohing N Korea, which is threatning to nuke us. It's crazy - until you realize that it's fundies who make the Book of Revelation and the Middle East mania their guide for foreign policy.

Your blind hatred for Christians has clouded your judgement.

Look sir, your ignorance about biblical matters is almost painful to observe.

Once Saddam's regime is gone, there will be only one country in the region with any kind of modern military capability. That country is an ally of the USA.Im sure that is ONE of the reasons someone could argue for force rather than containment.

which isn't openly threatning war against us I think you answered your own question. Saddam's embracing Islam to gain the support of terrorists makes him even more a threat. He is in a position to supply terrorists with the means to strike at any time and place of their choosing because of that secrecy. Do you really want to take that risk in allowing Saddam to stay in power and armed with WMD?

then that makes Bush a "coward" with N Korea, because he doesn't favor an invasion.an invasion would accomplish nothing -- north korea is one place where a single decent airstrike, taking out their reactor and their spent fuel pond, would solve the problem.
i've answered your question; now you can answer mine: do you use some special implement, or does a regular razor work okay when you shave off the mushrooms in the morning?

- I'd point out that: N. Korea can't deliver nukes to willing suicide bombers, but that would be too obvious.
- I'd point out that: N Korea might be able to deliver nukes and lots of other ordinance to Seoul, but that would be too obvious.
- I'd point out that: Saddam has no hostages, but that would be too obvious.
- I'd point at that Saddam surrendered in 91' and then did not abide by the terms of surrender, but that would be too obvious.
- I'd point out that China built N. Korea and supports N. Korea, and should take care of the problem, but that would be too obvious.
- I'd point out that N. Korea is no threat to us and if it ever does become a threat to us, we'll wipe it off of the map - but that will become obvious!
