Mind if I use your 'tag' for a poster at our upcoming rally? :)
"The liberals seem more interested in over-throwing Pres. Bush than Saddam Hussein."
Thanks!

It is a press conference. He is not likely to make any major announcements, right?I think its the perfect format, for either an ultimatum or Osama's capture, not much to add after either.

THIS DEATH STAR IS FULLY FUNCTIONAL!!
The President can not issue any more "last chances" and still be respected. It is time to act or go home.

My sister called me (I'm at work) and said that the news on TV is saying that they think they may have pin-pointed the location of OBL. Is this true? If it is, this could be the subject of the announcment tonight.

Two senior White House officials said that one option under serious consideration was that Mr Bush would give Saddam a final ultimatum, perhaps with a short-term deadline, in an address next week(or tonight?). If the council did not back the US, then he would consider leading a "coalition of the willing" against Iraq.

We shall see at 8. I'm sure we'll know what it is before then.

He
has to give an ultimatum with a reference to time. He has to give the UN time to "GET THE HELL OUT". He must also extend an ultimatum (one that Saddam could meet) in order to keep the Italians, Spanish, etc on board.
He should make specific demands - drive your bio-weapons labs to the UN office ... assemble the following scientists and their families at the UN office ...WE KNOW that Saddam will not meet these demands

Bush to Hold News Conference at 8 p.m. EST as Iraq Crisis Looms By Heidi Przybyla and Holly Rosenkrantz
Washington, March 6 (Bloomberg) -- President George W. Bush scheduled a formal White House news conference tonight as his administration struggles to muster United Nations support for military action to force Iraq to disarm.
Bush will open the 8 p.m. East Room news conference with a statement about successes in the war against terrorism and the importance of disarming Saddam Hussein, spokesman Ari Fleischer said. Bush hasn't made a final decision to use force, he said.
The news conference is an ``opportunity for people to ask questions of the president, and the president to discuss what's on his mind,'' Fleischer said.
China is the latest member of the UN Security Council to say it opposes a new resolution on disarming Iraq through military action. The move increases the likelihood that a U.S.-U.K. resolution would be vetoed, thereby making it tougher for the two countries to attack Iraq with the support of other nations.
Russia and France, like China, also have vetoes on the UN Security Council and they signaled yesterday they may use them to block the U.S.-backed resolution.
``The resolution is a matter of consultation with our allies,'' Fleischer told reporters. ``It's not written in stone.''
The U.S. and U.K. need the support of nine out of 15 Security Council members to pass their resolution. They have deployed 255,000 troops in the Persian Gulf ready to take action against Iraq.

It looks like we know the area of Pakistan he is in Sam...but no glory yet in pinpointing his actual location.

I doubt it'd be about OBL because that would muck up the Iraq issue. We'll probably 'catch' Osama after we start with Saddamn.
