Estrada has made himself available to each Senator, personally; there was an offer from WH to submit questions.

The responsible thing for DEMs is to approve cloture this time around

But the GOP "Will press for an up-or-down vote on this noiminee until Miguel Estrada is confirmed."

Frist said he hoped the first vote on cloture would pass and end this, but if not, make no mistake, they will seek to end the filibuster again, and again, and again until Miguel Estrada IS confirmed.
