Gee, what a surprise.

Darn, I'm disappointed, Lincoln didn't jump either.
Maybe the 2nd time?

Jeffords votes with the RATS. Another surprise, eh?

No surprises. Daschle said that he had the first vote, and he did. They will be toast by #3.
To: PhiKapMom
Through Harkin, at least 40 NO votes. One more NO and the debate goes on, as before. But we do have a handy list of names now.

Did I hear Breaux = Yes ?
Also this is just the first cloture vote. The key will be to bring this up again and again to help seperate the likes of Landrieu and Lincoln from their interests in supporting Daschole and the RATs from their own interest in being reelected (or not recalled, as in the case of Landrieu).
To: Cboldt
There are too many no's -- we are not getting the ones on the fence -- we are getting the ones we already knew we had.
Time to really go to the American people and tell them that the DemocRATs are filibustering an Hispanic judge because he is conservative and Catholic.
Let them wish they had never done this!
