If you think a thread should be a highlight, you can post a link to it on this thread- preferrably with a brief reason why it is a highlight. I may add it to the top, or I may not, depending on if I agree and if I am around and if I have the time and if I am not beseiged by a swarm of rabid locusts. But even if I do not add it to the top, by posting a link to it to this thread, those who read this thread will see your recommendation.

One of todays hot topic seems to be this
"Korean MiGs Intercepted US Reconnaissance Plane" story.
If you weren't online yesterday afternoon when this story first broke you missed an erroneous "Fox News Alert". The alert stated "NORTH KOREA SHOOTS DOWN U.S. SPY PLANE".
They later corrected the story, but not before a quick thinking freeper Normal4Me took a digital camera picture of his TV catching this big booboo. Click here to see it. Freeper Tomkat had to post it for him.

Doesn't hurt to have another link to it down here on this thread, but I just thought I would mention that I had that thread linked on yesterday's highlight thread. :-)
