Please excuse my comment above to a phalatic object. But the truth is, Rush has gone into a shell of self image since his impairment. It is almost like he is protecting what he had instead of looking forward.

Rush used to be open minded and accepted calls from a little lady working for a liberal TV/Movie Company, totally taking credit for finding a mushroom in the desert. He was totally engrossed. Now, when we need him, he rants about something, saying the same thing day after day. blah, blah, blah. Oh, he will be successful because his message is being listened to by new people. I think.

And, I will continue to sneak listening to him at work. Don't get me wrong. I love Rush Limbaugh. He still is the messenger of the true heartbeat of America. How can I say this?.......He just isn't as perspective, no wrong word, progressive might be better, as he once was.

The minute that he starts supporting little piddly groups like FR, like he did before, I will regain respect.

Meanwhile Rush, hope you bogied 17 at Spyglass, it is..well.....you know.

Point taken. I liked Rush better when he was more down to earth, as well. Still-he does put things into a perspective that I appreciate and he still surprises me.

But he could have helped and still could help with the patriotic rallys being held around this nation-probably most of those attending such rallies are fans of his program. And I am sure millions would appreciate the information.

I am clueless as to why he had become so hardened. His ego schtick (sp?) was funny until he started pushing his format into all Rush all the time....it is his callers and his response to their calls that kept me tuned.

Altho-his thoughts on Estrada have been terrific.

Only I want more than a bone-I want him to acknowledge that tens of thousands (just look at the tallys from this past weekend's pro-America rallys) have been hitting the streets with their patriotism on display.

And I want him to mention the upcoming rallys-dropping all pretense of professional jealously. He would be doing his FANS a FAVOR. An important favor.

If he is fearful that a low turn out or two at one of the rallys will damage his reputation-then he is a coward, certainly not following the stay the course mentality of our President and like minded, convicted patriots.

Gonna turn it-what a WEEKEND! P.S.-I love DC!!!

I am glad to say I got the day off from work to go support our President's wonderful actions against TERRORISM and for WORLD PEACE. I have a 300 mile journey and would not want to be dissappointed with the amount of people who will attend. I propose we rally our friends and neighbors to join us, we can put classified ads in our papers to draw more support, everyone can do their part. Thanks for reading!

The rally is being advertised on Radio WPHT 1210 am "The Big Talker" in Philadelphia. I heard the radio ad today during Rush's show
