I'm in Upstate New York. I have no Senator who will consider the right of Estrada to have a vote.

One of your New York Senators isn't even at work today. Her fat ass is out calling for more inspections. Wow. Harkin and Clinton have the same thought even though one is home, and the other is yapping in the Senate.

Same here in Wisconsin, but you sure can frustrate their people, like I did, pointing out that no other judicial nominee has ever been denied an up or down vote because DOJ or other government memos were sought - none, ever! And also point out that if they need more information, why not take up the offer to sit down and talk to him or submit more questions? The call handler I spoke to was left with nothing to fall back on.
