?? We were on Sean Hannity.

As the other threads in the post indicate, Rush hasn't ever in the recent past plugged any of these rallies. Maybe he doesn't think they're worthwhile. I don't know.

But let me reiterate: we *were* on Sean Hannity -- we had a big long plug with B1-Bob Dornan. And we had a whole set of people trying to reach out to other shows. (Sigh -- since we don't have good local conservative talk radio like some of the Glenn Beck networked cities -- we're consigned to trying to get through to the conservative national shows.)

SO, if good conservatives heard that, and some came and some didn't, I don't know what to say. Sean Hannity could NOT have been more generous with his plug and as to not cracking the Rush L. nut -- no one in recent Freeper history has been able to persuade him to promote a Freep, and we certainly tried hard. I don't mind the post-mortem, but I'm just not sure there's a lesson in your comments.

Again, I for one welcome suggestions -- but we're just getting comments about stuff we did or tried mightily hard to do.

Toots...don't get all hot under the collar there..I was just stating (and I heard the sound bites on Seans Show) that Connie Hair has an in with Rush, AS WELL AS WITH SEAN....take a chill pill...not everyone here is here to bash the DC Chapter....paranoia can get ya sometimes.

Rush won't plug anything but golf events as far as I am concerned.

I think it's a heck of a challenge to bring people to a rally. I have stood often in the cold with barely more than 20 or 30 people and only a few horn honks of support. One mistake we realized we were making was not contacting other organized groups who were rally veterans. Not saying that you haven't, that was just an experience of mine.

Kudos to you, the the D.C. Chapter of FR, and all who helped. The simple fact the "Patriots Rally for America" was broadcast on C-SPAN trumps all the nay sayers. The number of Americans you are reaching with our message and the combined future effect will be tremendous.

Keep up the good work. FR and our Rallies are making a difference one Rally at a time.

FWIW Rush was reached through email to his brother when one of our FReepers put together a spoof of Jacko holding his child over the balcony. It was Rush holding Dashole over the balcony. Funny as he!!. Rush then put it on his home page.

I have read posts on FR by a poster named Rush Limbaugh. I don't know if it's the one and only, but I just pulled up his FR profile page and this is what I found.
