Well the park nearest to Buena Vista, ie Mitchell's home, I didn't take notice of a bathroom. I saw a kid's playground, and as usual, homeless sleeping there. (drive by views).... On Encina and Edgebrook, (I think) there is a cul de sac sort of weird street configure, and an out house building there. But if Laci or any right minded person would think, I wouldn't touch those toilets no way, no how! Those homeless people are all over there.
I had a conversion with a homeless gal, she had camped over in the dry creek park, but she told me that many left because of too many LE over there. And that they had to leave before dark, park rules. Only find them camping on the embankments. She did have many stories from there, but alcohol was also mixing on her breath, so careful on what I was hearing. But I did make her re state lots of answers, from many different questions I posed to her. Being homeless in Modesto is no cup of tea.
Also, many of the homes in the Buena Vista area, are very large square footage, from outside view. A very unique neighborhood. Very woodsy in some respect, but very older too. Very close to SP's Tradecorps office, and nearer to his Kansas Av/Emerald warehouse. All those locations are close to one another.
SP is a smart cookie, but dumb in some respect. If you didn't see that pic of him talking to MPD during the media blitz back a few weeks ago, he has that stupid sarcastic smile on his face, when it should be sad, or serious.

Wow what an awesome report, great work rb. I had forgotten about the homeless element in the park area. That makes me even more certain that Laci wouldn't brave the public restrooms. (stranger encounter, maybe unsafe, etc.)
I remember seeing Snotty early on, that famous video clip of him strolling trying to look like someone else. THAT'S when I first started to suspect him. And then all of the snippets of him with that Mr. Charming, not a care in the world $hit-eatin' grin. Then came all of his interviews with the fake tears and the contradicotry statements- made me want to spew!!
Thank you for taking a trip over to Laci's neighborhood and cluing us in on many interesting things. Homeless people all over the parks? I wonder if Laci ever took the dog to the park, or mainly stuck to the streets.
As for her stopping to use a bathroom in a park full of the homeless, I'm sure she'd just rather wet her pants (it was raining out anyway).
