Food-labeling FYI: A bunch of food and drink products are adding highly concentrated "grape juice" to their products which has been processed to remove the flavor and concentrate the natural sweetness (from fructose, a form of sugar), to the point of qualifying as almost pure syrup. They do this so they can sweeten their products while technically being able to still claim, "no added sugar" or "all natural" on the label, or list "grape juice/fruit juice" on their list of ingredients without saying "sugar", even though that's pretty much all it is.
For example, many flavors of "Odwalla Bar", a "health food" nutrition bar, list "Grape juice concentrate" as their *first* ingedient (meaning it has more of that ingredient than any other on the list). Imagine the backlash if they honestly listed "sugar" as their primary ingredient.
